Introduction
99 Digital operates one of Israel’s most powerful messaging platforms, trusted by enterprise brands like Check Point, Microsoft, and Monday.com. They enable companies to send messages across multiple channels, automate customer journeys, manage personas, and gain deep insights. Emyoli was brought in to help build the platform’s most advanced and strategic features.
Description
The project focuses on extending 99 Digital’s core product with new capabilities: full white-label support, a robust SDK for partner integrations, and a sophisticated AI engine. This engine provides automated workflows, multi-persona verbal calling, intelligent insights, and dynamic rule-based actions — all designed to help enterprises communicate smarter and at scale.
Technical Challenges
The biggest challenge was designing an AI automation engine that can operate across multiple personas, channels, and rules simultaneously. The system needed to understand context, trigger real-time decisions, process large contact datasets, and remain fully reliable for enterprise users. Adding white-labeling and an SDK layer required deep architectural changes without interrupting existing customers.
Technology Stack
A combination of microservices, Node.js and Python-based AI processing, multi-channel communication APIs, cloud infrastructure on AWS, and a scalable SDK framework. Custom AI modules were developed to support persona-based calling, insight extraction, and rule-driven automation.
